Clementine Gasser describes her music as “subversive classical avant-garde” –
a description which does not wholly exclude coincidental aspects.
Composition, collage techniques and improvisation combine to form a basis for
“convulsive beauty”. The bodies of sound and tone sequences live in polarised systems,
juxtaposed in a relationship which informs the music in stillness as in movement.
